“order” means or Orah Apps` corresponding online order address(es) or the invoice or other order document provided by Orah Apps or by a third party partner or marketplace (including, for example, Atlassian`s Marketplace), which describes the products, licenses and services you order from us and, if applicable, their authorized use. If applicable, order items such as (i) products, (ii) the number of authorized users, the duration of the subscription, the domain(s) that may be associated with your use of the products and any other usage settings and (iii) (for paid orders) the amount or rate charged to you, billing and renewal terms, the applicable currency and method of payment. Orders may also contain a description of additional services such as support and free products. Subject to the terms set forth in this Agreement, Orah Apps grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for the duration of the applicable license, in accordance with this Agreement, with the exception of hosted services. The term of each software license (“License Term”) is indicated in your order or may be provided to you by our licensing team upon request. Your validity period expires with each termination of this contract, even if it is marked “for an indefinite period” or if your order does not specify an expiry date. The only exception is data that you have granted to Slack as a Slack user under the slack.com/terms-of-service that regulates that data. Except for the explicit licenses that are filled in this API-AST data, Slack does not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Slack Materials. . . .
