Light as a Nutrient: Benefits of Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy is not a new concept. This popular treatment has been NASA’s top healing power for astronauts who need to heal injuries while in space.


Light as a Nutrient:

Red Light and Near-infrared light wavelengths target the mitochondria in cells, which act like the cells' batteries and generate energy. (ATP)  This energy boost helps cells work more efficiently, which can:
