Age Management of West Michigan accepts most insurances for physician services with primary care and specialty care appointments.  All services offered at Age Management of West Michigan, including Functional and Anti-Aging services are HSA and FSA approved.  If you have questions about your coverage please feel free to contact our friendly staff.

  • BCN / BCBS Partnered (Mercy Health Plan)

  • All BCN patients need to see if they need a Referral to be seen by .

Patients that want AMWM as their PCP

  • All BCN and Priority Health patients that want Age Management of West Michigan as their PCP must change it with their insurance prior to their visit.  Otherwise, it will be processed as a specialist.
